Affiliate Program Terms

1. Joining the program
Any Yeti Doc account holder in good standing may join. We may decline or suspend an affiliate account at any time if these terms are breached. You must accept these terms before your referral link becomes active.
2. Commission
You earn a recurring commission — 20% by default — on eligible subscription payments made by customers you refer, for as long as they remain subscribed and the program is active. Commission is calculated on the payment amount received by Yeti Doc, excluding tax, refunds and processing adjustments. Rates may be varied for individual affiliates or updated with notice.
3. Attribution
A referral is credited when a visitor arrives through your link and creates a Yeti Doc account within 90 days. The first affiliate link a visitor uses wins. Existing Yeti Doc customers, and any account you control yourself, are not eligible referrals.
4. Referral discount
People you refer receive 10% off their first three months. The discount applies to new customers only and cannot be combined with other offers.
5. Holding period and payouts
Commissions are created as pending and become available after a 30-day holding period. Payouts are made on request once your available balance reaches the minimum payout amount. Commissions tied to refunded, reversed or charged-back payments are reversed.
6. How you may promote Yeti Doc
You may share your link honestly on your website, social channels, newsletters and in conversation. You may not use paid search on Yeti Doc brand terms, spam, misrepresent the product or its pricing, impersonate Yeti Doc, offer unauthorised cash rebates, or create accounts to generate commission for yourself. Suspicious activity is reviewed and may result in reversed commissions and account suspension.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms, the commission rate, the discount or the program itself. Your acceptance of a specific terms version is recorded with the date and time. Either party may end participation at any time; commissions already available remain payable.
8. Independence and tax
Affiliates are independent and are not employees, agents or partners of Yeti Doc. You are responsible for your own tax obligations on commission you earn.
